Wysigot Light License Agreement

Before loading this software on your computer, please carefully read the following terms and conditions.

This License between you ("Licensee", individual or legal entity) and Vincent Morelle grants to you a non-exclusive right to use Wysigot Plus (the software) edited by Vincent Morelle in accord with the terms set forth in this License Agreement. Vincent Morelle grants to the corporate or the individual Licensee a right of use applicable to the software itself and its documentation. Use of the software and documentation is governed by the terms of the License Agreement set out below. Licensee will not be able to load, install or use the software unless he first agrees to those terms.

Wysigot Light is protected by copyright and trademark laws and by international treaties as regards to royalty and intellectual property.
Wysigot Light is not sold but granted for use under license conditions.
Wysigot Light is a software designed to work in association with Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows NT4, Windows 2000, or Windows XP on the one hand, and with Microsoft Internet Explorer 4 and superior on the other hand.
I - OWNERSHIP
Any property rights and intellectual rights relative to the Software (included without limitations, those relative to pictures, views, photographs and texts included in the software), to the documentation provided with the software and to any copy of the software are owned by Vincent Morelle. This software is protected by copyright, other intellectual property laws and by international treaties. Contents accessed to thanks to the software are owned by the legal representant of the content. This license agreement does not grant any right about that content.
II - WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
Vincent Morelle warrants that the Software, if operated as directed, will substantially achieve the functionality described in the documentation.
This software is provided "as is". As far as current legislation allows it, Vincent Morelle and its suppliers disclaim any expressed or implied warranties. Under no circumstances and under no legal theory, shall Vincent Morelle be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damage of any character (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) arising out of any use of the software or documentation.
III - SUPPORT
The licensee recognizes that Vincent Morelle is not obligated to provide support, maintenance, consulting, or revision of the software. If Vincent Morelle chooses to release to the licensee updates of, additions to, or modifications of the software, this agreement shall apply to them as though they were part of the original software.
